Delivery Locations
We deliver to selected cities and serviceable locations.

Delivery Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day or next-day delivery, subject to KYC
verification.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may vary based on:
  • Distance
  • Equipment type
  • Urgent delivery requests

Delivery Verification
Customers may be required to confirm identity at delivery.

KYC Verification
Delivery will only be handed over after physical/digital verification of the original Aadhaar

Card/ID provided during booking. 

Damage Policy

Customers are responsible for maintaining equipment condition during the rental period.

Examples of Damage
Damage may include:
  • Physical damage
  • Broken parts
  • Water damage
  • Internal malfunction caused by misuse
Charges
Repairable Damage: The cost of authorized service center repair + a 10% handling fee.
* Total Loss/Theft: User is liable to pay the full Market Retail Price (MRP) of the product.

Normal Wear

Minor cosmetic wear due to normal use is acceptable. 



Return & Pick Up


Return Requirement

Customers must return the equipment on or before the rental end date.

Pickup Process

The company may arrange pickup through logistics partners.

Late Returns

Late returns may result in additional rental charges.

Equipment Condition

All items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
