Customers agree to use the equipment responsibly and at their own risk.

No Warranty of Result
While we provide high-quality gear, we do not guarantee the success of your project, event, or
trip (e.g., "The camera didn't capture the photo I wanted").

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall [Your Brand Name] be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the rental amount paid for that specific order.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

The company shall not be liable for:
  • Injuries caused by improper use
  • Damage resulting from misuse
  • Third-party liabilities arising from equipment usage

Equipment Damage & Maintenance

Purpose: Clear guidelines on what happens if gear returns broken.

1. Pre-Delivery Inspection: 
All equipment is tested and photographed and videograph before dispatch. Users are encouraged to take a "Unboxing Video" or photos upon receipt.

2. Categorization of Damage:
  • Grade A (Normal Wear): Minor scuffs or fading from regular use. No Charge.
  • Grade B (Repairable): Broken knobs, cracked screens, or cable damage. Charge: Actual repair cost from an authorized service center + ₹500 handling fee.
  • Grade C (Major/Total Loss): Water damage, theft, or internal circuit failure. Charge: 70% to 100% of the current Market Retail Price (MRP).
3. Lost Accessories: 
Chargers, bags, and lens caps and all accessories will be charged at 120% of the replacement cost.
