Verification Process
Renterbuddy.in uses a third-party automated KYC verification system. Orders are only confirmed once the document matches the user profile.
Social/Professional Proof
For high-value equipment (e.g., Laptops/DSLRs), we may request a LinkedIn profile or Company ID to establish trust.
Right to Cancel
Renterbuddy.in reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the payment if the KYC documents are found to be suspicious, expired, or manipulated.
