SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

ALL equipment requires a refundable security deposit.

Deposit Purpose
Deposits are collected to protect against:
  • Equipment damage or loss/theft
  • Missing accessories
  • Late returns
This is non-interest bearing.

Refund Timeline
Deposits are refunded after equipment Quality check (QC) inspection , typically within 1– 4 business days.

Deductions

Repair costs or missing accessory charges may be deducted from the security deposit .
